Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

1. These terms and conditions set forth the terms and conditions of use between users of the platform service "Researchin Beta" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by Researchin Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and the Company.
2. Users are deemed to have agreed to all the contents of these terms and conditions by using the Service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows:

1. "Researchers" refers to universities, public institutions, companies, or individuals who use the Service to recruit participants for experiments, surveys, monitoring, etc.
2. "Participants" refers to individuals who apply for or participate in experiments recruited by researchers using the Service.
3. "Recruitment Information" refers to information related to participant recruitment posted by researchers on the Service or collected and posted by the Company from external sites.
4. "Legal Representative" refers to a parent or other person who has the right of representation under the Civil Code for minors.
5. "Intellectual Property Rights" refers to copyrights, patent rights, utility model rights, trademark rights, design rights, and other intellectual property rights (including the right to acquire such rights or to apply for registration, etc.).

Article 3 (Service Content)

1. The Service is a platform that supports matching between researchers and participants.
2. The Company may collect recruitment information published on external websites and post it on the Service for user convenience.
3. The Company may provide services for acting as an intermediary for remuneration payments between researchers and participants, or paid plans for researchers in the future. Detailed conditions shall be separately determined.
